Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA)
Every couple has the right to be able to go after their dreams of becoming parents, and with the help of the right technology, those dreams can come true. Small but powerful, a long-established non-surgical treatment called fine-needle aspiration (FNA) is transforming men’s lives. At ART Fertility Clinics, we are dedicated to using the most up-to-date scientific assisted reproduction combined with care; one of our male fertility treatments that has a solid success rate is FNA.
Hormonal Therapy
A semen analysis report showing a low count often gets treated as the final word. It isn't always. Sperm production is controlled by a signalling system running from the brain through the pituitary gland to the testes, and if something in that chain — a hormone running too low or too high — is off, the count on your report may be a symptom rather than the root cause.
Low Sperm Count
Low sperm count — medically called oligospermia — means fewer than 15 million sperm per millilitre of semen. It is one of the most common causes of male infertility, affecting 1 in 3 couples with fertility problems. At ART Fertility Clinics, low sperm count is highly treatable — through lifestyle optimisation, medical management, IUI, or IVF with ICSI depending on severity.
Micro Testicular Sperm Extraction (MICRO TESE)
Infertility impacts men and women equally. Infertility is estimated by the World Health Organization (WHO) to affect about 1 in 6 of the world’s population at some point in their lifetime. Infertility in men is frequently caused by sperm production problems. Some men have no sperm in their ejaculate. This condition is called azoospermia.
TESA and Micro-TESE
A semen analysis showing very low or no sperm is a hard result to sit with, partly because it arrives without warning, and partly because it raises a question most men have never had to think about before: does this mean it's over, or is there still a path forward?
Testicular Sperm Aspiration (TESA)
